PRICES AND BOOKING INFORMATION 2013

In 2013 Bente Dorte is available all year around, with no preset dates or itineraries. This means that you decide when you want to sail, and to where, based of course on availability. We will come with suggestions, and if you have special wishes we will accommodate them within reason.

Weekly prices range depending on when and the extent of services you require. Skipper and 1 crew are always included in the price, the boat cannot be rented without us. Contact us for more information on prices and services we provide!

  • Bare boat charter off-season (January-May, October-December): 2900 euro
  • Bare boat charter in season (June-September): 3300 euro

We offer a 10% reduction for a whole boat booking. Last minute bookings receive a 10% discount. Discounts are not cumulative. The ship is registered for 12 passengers, 2 large double bunks and 8 singles. The interior is simple and rustic, yet will all comforts of modern living, the design is open plan with minimum closed spaces for maximum air flow and circulation.

BENTE DORTE offers something to everyone

We offer unique programs and discounts to special interest groups. So, if you are an educator or a student, work with or is a family member of special needs children, are involved with a pensioners group, or represent a cultural organisation or human resources department, contact us for information on special programs and prices.

We also arrange weddings, birthdays and team building! All booking dates are flexible, particularly for groups and whole boat bookings. Please contact us as early as possible.

 

Deposits
In order for the booking to be final, we require a 30% non-refundable booking fee to be deposited in our account. Until the deposit has been received, we cannot guarantee that your booking will be available. The final balance is due 4 weeks before trip, or per agreement. Any trips cancelled within 2 weeks of sailing will be at the full price, more than 2 weeks in advance cancellation will be refunded minus the 30% deposit.
You are reminded to obtain travel insurance to cover the cost of your trip at the time of booking.


Conditions
In all matters concerning the use of boats, the safety and behaviour of those on board, destinations and weather conditions etc., the skippers' decision is final.
Please let us know on booking if there are any vegetarians or people with special diets/allergies in your group.
